Subject to the prior opinion of the Board of Statutory Auditors, the Board of Directors appoints the Manager responsible for the drawing up of the corporate accounting documents for a period of time not shorter than the term of office of the Board of Directors and not longer than six financial years (art. 24bis of Articles of Association).
