The Parent Company's management and control model is focussed on the principles of integrity and transparency and ensures that sustainability is a priority for the whole company.
Our sustainability reports
The CDP Group began a process of mapping and measuring the social and environmental impact related to company activities. In line with international best practice, our performance is measured with the aim of providing reliable, complete, balanced, accurate, comprehensible and comparable information.
The collected data also includes the economic, social and environmental performance of the companies’ subject to management and coordination by the CDP Group.
To achieve this result, we adopted the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Sustainability Reporting Standards. The GRI is an international organisation, created with the objective of helping public and private organisations to compare, measure and communicate the impact that any activity can have on various sustainability aspects (economic, environmental and social). The Sustainability Reporting Standards represent the latest evolution and most up-to-date version of the original parameters developed by the organisation.
The CDP Group’s 2018 Consolidated Non-Financial Statement has been compiled in accordance with the “GRI-referenced” option, or selecting specific standards related to economic, environmental and social issues.
The CDP Group submits all its reports for external review. For 2018, the identified reviewer is PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).
