The appointment of the new Board of Directors has been postponed to 20 June 2024
Rome, 24 May 2024 h.12:09 - The Shareholders' Meeting of Cassa Depositi e Prestiti S.p.A. (CDP) today approved the financial statements as of 31 December 2023, which report a net income of 3,074,304,290.73 euro and a dividend totalling 1,618,923,012.08 euro will be distributed to Shareholders.
The Shareholders' Meeting also postponed the appointment of the new members of CDP's Board of Directors to a subsequent meeting to be held on 20 June 2024.
