Grow in international markets, strengthen sales channels and satisfy the demands of consumers of high-end products. These are the goals of ISAIA, the haute couture company that received a loan of 56 million euros from CDP together with several banking institutions.
These resources will help modernise the plant, build new facilities and open six more shops in Europe, the US and Asia. This will make it possible to internalise certain processes, boost production and improve the company's competitiveness.
Founded in the 1920s, ISAIA has grown from a small workshop into a family business managed by the third generation, with around 500 employees and a turnover of more than 80 million euros, 85% of which is earned abroad (60% in the United States alone) and a global reach: from Italy to Canada, from Saudi Arabia to Japan, passing through Cyprus, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, Azerbaijan, Kuwait and Mongolia.
Its apparel is made exclusively in Italy, in its factory in Casalnuovo di Napoli, combining tradition and innovation through the use of top-quality raw materials and an attentive control of the supply chain.
